I make organisations run better.

I turn good intentions into systems that actually run. I work where operations, training, and AI-enabled workflows meet — for nonprofits, ventures, and teams that take delivery quality seriously.

What I work on

Three problems I'm usually the right person for.

Each block is a kind of problem where I've delivered real outcomes. Specific, dated, and still running.

01Nonprofits & NGOs

Governance, grant systems, and operational spine.

Full-cycle grant operations (STEA, municipal, EU), stakeholder coordination, restructuring, and the training-production machine that keeps member delivery consistent.

  • 12 years continuous volunteer + staff at Nuoret Kotkat
  • Elected Vice President of IFM-SEI through the 2023 governance crisis
  • 20+ training events / year for 500+ young people
Latest:Savo regional ops + STEA cycle in motion (2026)
02Ventures in build

Holding the middle — ops, product, and execution.

The operator layer between the product idea and the shipped system. Architecture pivots, regulatory watching, coordination, and the quiet work that turns a venture into a company.

  • Vantnod — EU-ready AI accounting, Phase 1 shipped 2026-04-18
  • Impact Node studio — four parallel ventures at different stages
  • Jurisdiction-neutral primitives across VAT, entity, bookkeeping
Latest:Estonia Q1 pilot onboarding refactor (in progress)
03AI adoption

From demos into the actual workflow.

Evaluating tools, training colleagues, building memory and agent systems, and integrating AI where manual work is costing the team real time. Without losing the human side.

  • In-house multi-agent + MCP stack run daily since 2024
  • AI-assisted grant drafting without losing the strategic narrative
  • Google Generative AI Leader, AI Professional, AI Essentials (2025–2026)
Latest:Internal agent orchestration system (live)

Parallel ventures

What I build on the side, under Impact Node.

Alongside the day job I run Impact Node, a builder-operator studio. Five ventures at different stages. Proof that I ship, not just coordinate. The 3D stack below is interactive. Each layer is a real project.

About

I help organisations turn good intentions into systems that actually run.

Most organisations don't fail for lack of purpose. They fail because their processes are unclear, their systems are outdated, and too much good work leaks through the cracks in between. That's the gap I work in.

Three contexts taught me the same lesson from different angles: high-volume retail claims at IKEA through to Senior Resolution Generalist, governance crisis management at IFM-SEI in Brussels where I was elected Vice President during the 2023 collapse, and national training delivery at Nuoret Kotkat where I coordinate Savo regional operations and the STEA grant pipeline.

On the side I run Impact Node, a builder-operator studio, and I'm shipping Vantnod — AI-first accounting for European SMEs, EU-ready by architecture. I use AI as genuine leverage, not as a trend. I take responsibility beyond my title. I'd rather run the thing than describe it.

01 · Execution over theory

Shipped systems beat pitched ones. I'd rather run a messy, working process than design a perfect one that never lands.

02 · Responsibility beyond title

I step into the function that is missing. That's how I went from ESC volunteer to elected VP in eight months.

03 · AI as leverage, not trend

Evaluate tools. Train the team. Integrate where manual work is costing real time. Keep the strategic narrative human.

04 · Systems for the human side

Repeatable templates let the team focus on the part that actually matters: the people in the room.
